San Diego native, Dave "Persue" Ross is a multifaceted artist whose work spans graffiti, muralism, fine art, and design. Emerging in the late '80s graffiti scene, Persue quickly gained recognition for his energetic, illustrative style. He was integrating street aesthetics into the skateboarding industry, influencing modern youth culture through his designs. Persue shifted focus to personal projects, including the creation of the BunnyKitty universe, a character-driven narrative blending urban art with storytelling. One of his most notable contributions to contemporary street art is the Wet Paint Project, a traveling art show born out of NYC’s subway culture. Persue’s ability to merge cultural commentary, character work, and community makes him a unique voice in modern art and a creative force who continues to evolve across mediums.
